Contractors Surgo began stripping out the interior of the building on the 2nd December and it is hoped that the works will be completed within six months.

We will now be leasing the property in its entirety and this has provided the opportunity to increase numbers by converting an existing office space into an additional two bed flat.
The accommodation will now provide thirteen individual bed spaces with en suite facilities and communal living rooms and kitchens. Access will be via a new reception area and staff offices and there will be a large training/IT suit area within this part of the building.
The first floor will now provide office space and training suit with a separate entrance and reception area on the ground floor.
