Hexham Hub Showcase Event Saturday 25th January Great Hall Hexham Abbey

The Hexham Hub event last Saturday was a great success. We were really pleased with how many people attended and we were kept on the go from the moment the event opened until after it had officially closed!

I am pleased to say that we had many positive comments about the new service. Some concerns were raised in relation to the exterior of the building and ways in which we may be able to improve the austere look of it. A garden wall has been suggested, beds in front of the building and possible tree/shrub planting. All good ideas and we’ll be talking to Karbon Homes over the coming weeks to see how we can make this happen.
